Transfer Tool cannot detect folders properly if the user's locale is not equal to the locale of the backed up folders #1
Description
Unfortunately, due to the fact that XDG directories name their directories files according to their locale, they can end up not matching the locale Transfer Tool is ran on to restore data from a backup, which renders the checkboxes for specific folders useless.
Additionally, in Windows everything is English in home folders, which makes transferring from Windows on non-English locales an inferior experience.
A fix could be to make it check for English first, then the system's locale, per special folder to map them properly for checkboxes.
Additionally, backups should have their folders renamed back to English names unless English names exist for those folders, which case just ignore 'cos they should be uncategorised folders anyway.
