Bug: Old notebooks no longer loading — pointing to `chonkie.cookbook`!

Describe the bug
Old notebooks that previously worked are failing to load, and appear to be pointing to chonkie.cookbook, which may be causing compatibility or import errors.

To Reproduce
Open any previously saved notebook that used to load successfully. Observe that it now fails to load and references chonkie.cookbook.
