Research automatic CalVer versioning GitHub Action workflow

### Description

The version of releases are ideally automated, so that developers don't have to spend time on defining the version for new releases. 

### Requirements

* Research if there are GitHub actions availble that can automatically create a new CalVer version
* Create a test workflow to test if the solution is reliable
