Bug: Scroll bar freezes in panel view.

Description

When moving files over from one pane to another, the left scroll bar stops working. Restarting the software resolves the freeze but will return if you replicate the steps.

Steps To Reproduce

1 - Open a folder in a new panel.
2 - Drag files from left to right.
3 - Left scroll no longer works on mouse and keyboard.

Requirements

Both scroll bars should function as intended.

Update: Same issue occurs when using compact overlay. Dragging files outside of the window locks the scroll bar until reboot.

Is this still an issue in the latest preview version? https://files.community/download/preview

v3.7.9 uses a newer version of WinAppSdk and its possible that it resolves this issue.

Same behaviour, hasn't fixed it.

Same issue here, though it only happens if the folder is grouped. Like, in horizontal pane, I can move from left to right just fine, but if the folder uses a "Group by" feature, it auto-locks the grouped folder's scroll bar, forcing me to either 1. reboot, or 2. leave and reenter the folder. :0
