Unable to Install Files - Error 0x80070490

I am unable to install Files using the "Classic Installer", getting the following error:
App installation failed with error message: Appinstaller operation failed with error code 0x80070490. Detail: Element not found. (0x80070490)

Is there a link to download the actual file to manually install it>

OK, never mind. I just saw a comment on https://files.community/docs/getting-started/install stating that it may not function on "modified/debloated Windows installation." If this app only works with a clean-by-the-book un-personalized version of Windows, this app must be total garbage, and will never be installed on my computer. I have done major personalization and decrapifying.

Files only needs certain components enabled, as the guide says at the bottom on what services are needed. There are also offline install files you can try on the same page.

Removing system services will cause unexpected issues and limitations on Windows. That said, as @Josh65-2201 mentioned, you only need a few services to install Files, and you can disable them again (at your own risk) once Files is installed.
