The Ctrl+W keyboard shortcut doesn't close the Release notes page.

Steps To Reproduce

1. [Have the release notes window open]
2. Press Ctrl+W
3. Observe that the page doesn't close

This is a known issue, but I don't think it'll be changed considering the Release Notes page is a WebView.

The keyboard shortcuts only work if the xaml page is focused.
