[JS] Change API key env var from GOOGLE_GENAI_API_KEY to GEMINI_API_KEY

The current standard Gemini API Key env var used by the Google AI Gemini API is GEMINI_API_KEY so we should follow suite.

I suggest keeping old one to avoid a breaking change, but adding the new one and making it the default in our docs.
