[Bug]: Doesn't update without reloading

What happened ?

Entities don't appear to update after the first time. Reloading the integration pulls new values but it doesn't seem to poll properly.

With debug logging turned on, I do see it fetching new data every 5 minutes. But the entities don't seem to refresh.
