[Bug]: Invalid authentication

What happened ?

I have created an account in both the Petlibro and PETLIBRO LITE apps on iphone, but i get an Invalid authentication notice when trying to login. Not sure if that's relevant, but I'm located in the EU.

Only a single device can be logged into the user at a time. Have you logged out of the user on any other device before trying to authenticate with HA.

You should create a new user and share access to it, if you still wish to use the app alongside HA. But HA needs its own user.

The region doesnt seem to matter. Mine was set to UK when user was created but logged in with region US from HA.

I haven't had to logout of the app but did notice that the integration logs me due to what Dimitri says above.
I believe this integration would just work with devices that are added through Petlibro app.

PETLIBRO LITE is for the older devices that are using Tuya - they can be added with Tuya integration (or Tuya local as well I believe) if added directly into Tuya app.

As for the authentication; are you able to login to the Petlibro app directly or do you receive error there as well? Did you verify account if it requires you to do so? If no issues there, maybe an odd character in password that integration isn't handling well?
