[FEAT] Support for specifying origins that are allowed to communicate with localstack (EXTRA_CORS_ALLOWED_ORIGINS)

Why is this needed?

I currently have a front-end that interacts directly with localstack by using the localstack EXTRA_CORS_ALLOWED_ORIGINS configuration (https://docs.localstack.cloud/aws/capabilities/config/configuration/#security).

Would it be possible to add similar functionality to allow this? I'm really excited to see if we can migrate from localstack to floci, but currently this is something that is blocking us.

I'm sorry, I looked for any issues related to CORS but didn't see that Pull Request. I'll keep an eye on the progress of that change, thanks so much.
