Improve preference storage persistence #21

Is your feature request related to a problem?
At the moment UIO+ allows the browser to cache the preference settings. On macOS these changes persist until the browser is quit.
Describe the solution you'd like
Now that there is a reset option, it would be good to persist the settings by some other, more permanent means. one option to explore would be saving to the user's google account. In this way it would be transportable across machines.
