Remove any use of remotely hosted code

Describe the bug

When trying to publish v0.3.2 the release was rejected due to remotely hosted code.

Violation:
Including remotely hosted code in a Manifest V3 item.
Violating Content:

Based on the comment above it may just be a mention in the README of the infusion dependency, but we should take this time to review the codebase.

I didn't notice any usage of remotely hosted code, and sent an appeal of the rejection to the chrome web store team because the flagged portion doesn't actually use any remotely hosted code and is just a link in a third part release note.
