Support for ANSI colors in Debug and Run actuator consoles for logs from `dart:developer`

Currently, the Run and the Debug actuator consoles ignore ANSI color symbols for logs pushed with dart:developer.log while they work as expected via the Logging tab of the Flutter DevTools.

Is it feasible to support the ANSI colors for the consoles as well?

Here is an example, I'd like to paint the info logs into blue using ANSI color syntax:

import 'dart:developer' as dart_developer;

dart_developer.log('\x1B[34m$message\x1B[0m');

Run console (does not read ANSI color):

Possibly related issues:
