Document Flutter & Dart code snippets early in the Getting Started section #11274

What information needs to be added?
Dart & Flutter code snippets that are available in IDEs makes it easier to auto fill large chunks of templated code (stateless/stateful widget definitions/if/try-catch/etc.) by typing out short prefixes: https://github.com/Dart-Code/Dart-Code/tree/master/snippets
Where should this new content appear?
In the Getting Started docs, even before FWE. This should appear "as soon as you open your IDE" part.
I would like to fix this problem.
