Hi @noam-sch , do you see any error on the console when trying to run data loader? Which version of data loader are you trying to run and which version of JRE/JDK are you using? |

@ashitsalesforce @noam-sch I got the new mac that came with macOS Sequoia. I downloaded the latest version of dataloader, DataLoader 62.0.2. When trying to open install.command from the finder (Ctrl + Open) as instructed in the documentation, I got the following warning ![]() Then I chatted with support and they told me to run the ![]() Below is the openJDK info from terminal
