Add option to select a specific alias for "Set Default Org"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When you have multiple aliases, there's no way to specify which one you want to set as your default org. The first one is always the one that gets set.

Describe the solution you'd like
When you select a username with multiple aliases (as pictured), have another dropdown or selection where you can choose which alias you want to set.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently no way around this in VS Code. You can run a CLI command to specify though.

Additional context

With these aliases, DevHub is always set, and I can't tell it to set vscodeOrg or newOrgAlias.
