Allow to Bulk Delete Custom Metadata Records

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when I select multiple Custom Metadata Records and request to delete them, but only one of the records is deleted.

Describe the solution you'd like
Deletion of all selected custom metadata type records.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Running a script to fetch all custom metadata type records to delete and generate CLI commands to delete them individually.
Or going through the tedious process of selecting each item in VsCode and deleting each of does individually.
