Better building process

Right now you have to compile Fougerite.Patcher, apply firstpass patching to Assembly-CSharp by hand, compile Fougerite, apply secondpass patching to Assembly-CSharp by hand. Maybe there is a way using post-build/pre-build tasks to simplify this process. This could tremendously speed up building process.

Maybe we can create a separate site, where you could select you server's version, with Fougerite's version and download it, or it compiles it?
