What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installed both bizhawk prereq and emulator
2.ran emuhawk
3.Instant crash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the emulator (and trying to corrupt using RTC)

How much Memory does your system have?
Have you tried an SVN Build to see if the issue has been corrected?

I'm assuming you're using the build that comes with RTC. Instead, download the
latest version from http://dl.dropbox.com/u/75355/BizHawk.zip, extract it into
a new (and thus empty) folder and try running it again.

I just gave you the link. Again: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/75355/BizHawk.zip.
Extract into a new and empty folder and run EmuHawk.

Try following these instructions: http://support2.microsoft.com/kb/929833
It appears at first glance that your ntdll.dll might be broken.
