What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start San Francisco Rush 2049
2. At the main menu select Players 1 (Press A)
3. Error happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game is supposed to let you register your profile in game.  But, instead 
the option flashes between working and not working.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
