Call new Python GUI for plotting from old IDL GUI

IDL GUI should be able to assemble the core data structure in python and pass it to the Python GUI for plotting.
The justification for this is that this should greatly enhance the usability of the IDL version of NTI Wavelet Tools.

Problems encountered on beam server. Moving effort to ASDEX cluster.

It can be considered to save the processed data to disk, and pass only the filename to the Python GUI to read it.
loadSignal(self) is to be amended to support this.
