• docs are wrong about settings. should be absoluteurl rather than absoluteuri
• docs are wrong about template load tag. should be absoluteuri
• doesn't work on python 2. There is a bare call to super()

just trolling, but an url is an uri. So by transitivity absolute URLs are absolute URIs.

I'm referencing that the actual imports and python modules are not named as
they are documented. Not the correctness of the names.
