Bug: Emoji search not responding to language change

Reproduction steps

1. Open the emoji picker
2. Open the search bar
3. Change language
4. Try searching emoji by typing keywords appropriate to that language

Actual result

Emoji matches as if the previous language was still selected, until emoji picker is reopened

Expected result

It should match emojis according to new language

2. Search for the checkmark emoji as "check"
3. No results
4. Switch to English
5. Repeat search
6. Still no results
7. Reopen picker, or the entire keyboard
8. Search again
9. Among the results, there's "✅"
