Windows programs: BlockWindows and CleanUnwantedUpdates

Dear @nickspaargaren,

by accident/fortune, I just discovered seemingly excellent tools like BlockWindows [1] and CleanUnwantedUpdates [2]. While they don't directly fit into the projects here and yours at [3,4] (which primarily care about network blocking), in a narrow sense, I think they may still be very valuable tools in the context of the broader topic improving the privacy for users of mainstream services (and operating systems) with technical measures.

So, I am leaving this here merely as a note, and will be happy to hear about your thoughts. Maybe you will have an idea how we could add them to some (new?) section of the documentation here or there.
