Does this work in Linux Mint Cinnamon?

From my understanding, Cinnamon is now a separate project from Gnome so probably not...

However, it might not be too hard to adapt. I think the only issue would be in this file wherever this is used:

gsettings monitor org.gnome.desktop.interface color-scheme

It basically outputs the the color-scheme whenever it's changed, you would need to find something similar for Cinnamon. If you're lucky, Cinnamon may still use gsettings 🤔
