Analytics: Add user conversion report from Hub site to UseGalaxy sites

Purpose: to track success metrics for converting Hub visitors into UseGalaxy visitors to the "Main UseGalaxy Sites" - particularly after "Home Page Redesign Launch Date".

Glossary:

1. "Home Page Redesign Launch Date" - February 22, 2024 when any bugs with the UseGalaxy.* sites dropdown-button was working
2. "Main UseGalaxy Sites" - defined as the 3 UseGalaxy.* sites (US, EU, AU) as of Feb 28, 2024

Changes:

• Format: can be Plausible (GA4, GTM if not Terms restricted); can be Auto-Email or Dashboard report
• Report type: Path Report (starting from "Home Page"); might also involve an Exit Report
• Stats calculations:

1. Number of Unique Visitors who click (a) from "Home Page" (b) to galaxyproject.org/use/ in the top Navigation (which we are assuming are individuals trying to get to one of the "Main UseGalaxy Sites") (c) to individual "Main UseGalaxy Sites" (might only be able to do this with Google Analytics "Path Report") BEFORE "Home Page Redesign Launch Date"). [Can do this as Number or Percentage of Total Visitors to normalize the comparison]
2. Number of Unique Visitors who click (a) from "Home Page" (b) to galaxyproject.org/get-started/ (old "Get Started: First Steps with Galaxy" button) (c) to individual "Main UseGalaxy Sites" (might only be able to do this with Google Analytics "Path Report") BEFORE "Home Page Redesign Launch Date"). [Can do this as Number or Percentage of Total Visitors to normalize the comparison]
3. Number of Unique Visitors who click (a) from "Home Page" (b) to individual "Main UseGalaxy Sites" (might only be able to do this with Google Analytics "Path Report") AFTER "Home Page Redesign Launch Date"). [Can do this as Number or Percentage of Total Visitors to normalize the comparison]
4.
