Create invoice/order

When an order has been placed, the system should return an invoice/order item which contains the same information as on he submitted shopping cart and the total invoiced.

• Orders should be searchable by users
• Order should have a state ORDERED, PAID, COMPLETED
• Orders should be archived after completion
