'An exception has been thrown' page, possible unsuported parameter

I am running Joomla 4.4.4
Hadron Template
Gantry 5 v5.5.17
PHP 8.2
Acymailing 9.6.0

When clicking a link in an email sent from Joomla & Acymailing: [Modify your subscription options] the website displays 'An exception has been thrown' page.

Acymailing was contacted, they think the "&tmpl=component" parameter is not supported by Gantry/template, omitting this option in the URL displays an error free Joomla page, but the formatting it is not as intended and is not a solution.

Gantry 4, Joomla 3 and Acymailing 5 worked together without error, so I am unsure why this would not be supported.

There is an unanswered thread here with all the error codes, I am now assuming it's Gantry 5 that's causing the error through an unsupported parameter rather than the template code: https://rockettheme.com/forum/joomla-template-hadron/290800-an-exception-has-been-thrown

I love the Gantry/Rockettheme platform and have used them for all my websites over the years, if this issue is going to remain and I cannot launch my website error free I will have to look for another template platform which will be a sad day for me!

I have been having issues with this, somehow it has resolved itself and I have no idea how or why.
