WooCommerce shop is not showing products in gantry 5
I have some issue products and product details page not show in WooCommerce shop while use in gantry 5
It show redirect page.

I have multiple WooCommerce sites on Gantry and not having any issues showing products.
Assignments can be slow but make sure you have assigned WooCommerce to your theme outline.
