Navbar in Log In and Sign Up page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is no navbar on login and signup page , i want to add navbar in that pages as in forget password page. can i work on this issue under GSSoC'21.

@kumarishalini6, I am not sure if @garg3133 really wants to implement this feature. So, I can't let u work on it unless he approves. Till then, u can work on any other issue if u want.
