Move tab to next window doesn't work if the next window is a tab group (chrome)

W [moveTabToNextWindow] moves the view the next window but the tab stays in previous window
Tabs can be moved out of the grouped window but can't be resumed

The tab is also not open when returning to the window it was left in, making it harder to find

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Create a window and add all the tabs to a tab group
2. Create a new window with a tab
3. Use W to move the tab to the other window
4. Opens grouped window but doesn't add tab
