feat: create and train hf open model on gemara data

Description

An effort being led by @Satarupa22-SD to create and train an open source model on gemara datapoints. This effort is a work-in-progress and requires a substantial amount of datapoints to strengthen accuracy of outputs.

Support needed

• Training data points
  • Proposal: collaborate on batch artifact creation using the gemara-mcp server. Need additional context on scope requirements and # of artifacts per version and schema.
  • Use datapoints across ALL artifacts
• Determine training mechanism
  • Depends on stability of outputs
