Hello @MerelMoons, thanks for your question. I am not sure which other questions you mean but it is not possible to create a gempy model without orientations. You can however set simple orientations (e.g facing upwards) for a model that is roughly planar. Maybe take a look at the new video tutorial series for more information on how to format these files. There are also ways to calculate orientations from your surface point data but that really depends on your specific setting and available data. Cheers, |

Hello,
I would like to create a geological model using CPT data. This data is in a CSV file and consists of the following: formation, x, y and z.
I don't have orientations for the layers. Having looked at previous questions, I know it is possible to create a model without orientation, but I can't figure this out.
Can anyone help me with this?
