Error: Couldn't find preset "@babel/env" relative to the directory

Hello,
When I tried to run the program using the command:
npm run start:example
I have got the following error message
Error: Couldn't find preset "@babel/env" relative to the directory "C:\TeamBWorkspace\react-draggable-tab\node_modules\react-notification-badge" while parsing file: C:\TeamBWorkspace\react-draggable-tab\node_modules\react-notification-badge\lib\index.js

Is it possible if you can help with that issue, please?
