When we introduced changes in SparseHMM.decodeViterbi with array of transProbs, we have broken the pitch tracking with MonoPitchHMM, becasue it uses same Viterbi.

  • might be a pitch problem, have not checked decoded pitch
  • the decoded note states are 33333333
