From the icon in the top left corner the user should be redirected to https://www.geosolutionsgroup.com/

How to reproduce

• Open MS homepage
• Click on top left corner icon

Expected Result

The user should be redirected to https://www.geosolutionsgroup.com/ (by DEV custom config) and this should be also customizzale for downstream project as for the current version

Current Result

The user is redirected to https://dev-mapstore.geosolutionsgroup.com/mapstore/#/

@dsuren1 it's already possible to override the href with logo cfg but it's not documented yet. So let's use this issue to improve the jsdoc. Then we need to change the configuration in the mapstore-datadir for DEV environment
