Unable to get this to work at all :(

Hi all,

I recently revisited grav after running it ages ago under IIS for a while, but now im running all linux LXCs and trying without success to get grav up and running. Ive used the Turnkey LAMP LXC, but added in all the missing php modules, enabled mod rewrite, but all I get is a 403 Forbidden when trying to access. I tried editing the permissions to give ownership to www-data but nothing seems to be working.

The Turnkey LAMP LXC runs webmin as a gui but ive added in things like "AllowOverride All" to the directives.

Any ideas or stupid thing ive missed?
