[Feature Request] Ngrok tunnels list

Description

I am using ngrok for accessing my services at home. The urls are not stable and I do not want to log into ngrok to see the new urls.
I would like to see a list in homepage using this API call:

https://ngrok.com/docs/api/resources/tunnels

curl \
-H "Authorization: Bearer {API_KEY}" \
-H "Ngrok-Version: 2" \
https://api.ngrok.com/tunnels

with a configuration like:

widget:
    type: ngroktunnels
    key: apikeyapikeyapikeyapikeyapikey

and displays public_url

I would be happy to make the widget, but I wanted to hear if it PR acceptable @benphelps as I do not want to run on a forked dcoker-image in my setup.

can we hardcode API Url over here for Widget or should we leave it to user to set it through config files??
