[Feature Request] Apply layout options to bookmarks as well

Description

With a recent update, category icons for service categories as well as icons for bookmark were added.

Currently, there is no way to set a category icon for a bookmark category, the new functionality is limited to service categories. Additional layout options, e.g. using a row instead of column layout for specific groups, are also only available for services and not for bookmarks.

Enabling all layout options that are available for services to also be used for bookmarks would be absolutely amazing. Primarily this means bookmark category icons and being able to show selected bookmark categories as rows instead of a column.

This would also allow you to put your bookmarks at a place of your choosing on the page, if it responds to the layout code properly. I would want them at the top of the page as opposed to the bottom.

I second the request for the ability to show bookmarks in rows instead of columns. I have quite a few bookmarks and that leads to a really long scroll bar. I mainly have them there to make them available in the search function, so they don't need to be visible, but the minuscule scroll bar is having a significant negative impact on user experience. Being able to group them in rows at the bottom of the page and out of view, or even better to "minimize" an entire category so they don't show at first, would be very useful.

I just spent the day configuring my own instance of homepage and I am absolutely in love so far! It's dead simple thanks to the yaml structure, and the docs are really helpful too!

I went to this repo to find out if anyone else had requested this feature and I'm glad to see that is the case. I mostly want to use my homepage as a bookmark repository, but the inclusion of services is very nice and I like having it there, just not at the top. I hope this feature gets implemented as it will be a great enhancement to customization of the app.

This is by far the best homepage that I have tried and I love using it. Bookmarks customization is all that's really missing for me. Has there been any progress/thoughts on this?

Sadly not. In the meantime, I did actually make 2 contributions in other areas, but so far I haven't figured out how to enable full customisation for bookmarks myself and nobody else seems to have started implementing this, either.
