[Feature Request] Add new dummy/filler service widget type for spacing

Description

Having services with and without widgets grouped together can sometimes make the dashboard look odd, I would like to suggest a new dummy widget type that would just insert an invisible or blank widget to make the services without widgets be the same height as ones with widgets.

Maybe this could also work in tandem with the docker widget so that if you then open the docker stats widget, the dummy one hides leaving it still at the same size
