[Feature Request] Ignore SSL errors/validation on ping

Description

When performing ping. Ping fails with Error: certificate has expired.
Make it configurable to ignore SSL errors on ping

E.g.
by defining fetcher for useSWR on ping
and creating fetcher by using fetch with defined options

const options = {
  agent: new https.Agent({
    rejectUnauthorized: false
  })
};

fetch(url, options)
