Auto re-size or pad service boxes on Homepage to match tallest box in row

Description

I'm suggesting adding automatic visual 'padding' for service boxes based on the tallest box in a row, while in row mode. The idea would be to visually have boxes align visually whether they have an available widget or not, and whether the widget text spans two lines or not, so everything is lined up tidy.

For example:

In this case, both Overseer and Calibre-web would be padded with the background box colour down to align with the bottom of Plex (which has a two-line widget, so is slightly taller)

Other

An alternative would be to automatically 'stack' two non-widget-bearing services, so that their height matches a full widget-bearing service. For example, my current setup in the image above is 3 columns. if I added Calibre (or any other service) to this group as service 4, then it would automatically slot in under Calibre-Web to create a matching height, rather than overflow under Plex.
