I try to figure out how to modify the order for the widget.yaml. The ressource widget is always the first one. I use, datetime, ressource, weather and search widget.
How is it possible to modify the order of them?
Furthermore, there is a way to put them in two row ?

I'm thisclose to dropping Homepage entirely, the documentation is almost impossible to understand and I've spent an entire morning just trying to get an AdGuardHome widget to appear. I get nothing but "MissingAdGuard" no matter what combination I try.

Maybe I can help. Adguard widget is actually a service widget, not a 'widget widget'. There's these information widgets that you setup in your widgets.yaml file. Those appear on the top header and only a few are available (search, weather, date&time, resources...).

As you can check, there's no Adguard there. Instead, Adguard (and most others) is listed under service widgets. All of those are configured in the services.yaml file by creating an additional widget subproperty inside of the desired service.
In summary, head over to your services.yaml and try adding this. Replace URL, user and password as needed and customize everything else if you want to. But this is just the general setup for the services.

Oh and regarding your original question, I am indeed able to sort by changing the order they appear in the widgets.yaml file, so I'm not sure what's happening in your case. Can you try and lint your file for any syntax errors maybe? Sometimes I was just missing a tab somewhere and it breaks the whole document.
I'm not using the resources widget though, I'm using the glances thing which does work better imho.

Edit: I decided to add the resources and some more weather widgets to test sorting them, and I seem to have broken something somehow, now I have two rows...

Edit 2: Last one I hope. I was just testing and it seems you get to two rows when there's not enough space anymore. And you can sort of cheat it by adding a 'hidden' greeting widget. I tried to put multiple with empty content, or a single one with lots of space characters, none of those works. But, you can copy and paste 'invisible' characters into the text field, tune the size, and it works!
