[Feature Request] Wallabag service widget

A Wallabag widget could show the count of entries by different status:

• unread
• archived
• starred
• (optional) tag count

After Omnivore announced they shut down the service, I was looking for an alternative. I used Wallabag before, but Omnivore was much easier to my eyes and it had good features. So, now I'm back to Wallabag.

I already implemented it in a branch, just in case (and for my own use). That looks like this:

I didn't try now if it works now or not. Last Nov it worked, but I'm not even sure if that's the latest commit or not, I think it is the latest one, but in December I wiped my Development directory accidentally and I'm just "I hope it was the last commit". As the feature is blocked on this discussion, I didn't plan to put more effort in it until we can see it can get it in the first place.

Disclaimer: I'm not a JS developer, so the code quality expectation should be on that level.
