[Feature Request] Widget for APC UPS monitoring

Description

I would like to propose a lighter alternative to UPS monitoring for APC/Schneider products based on apcupsd daemon. The current widget UPS monitoring use PeaNUT + NUT that are more complex to configure and use more resources.

There is a PR (#4421) for this widget which can be re-opened if it's useful.

I'd agree that adding peanut for APC serves little value.
But was the PR closed due to lack of community interest or the use of custom proxy ?

I think this would be useful! If lack of community interest is why it was closed, I'd like to express my own interest in using this for monitoring my APC devices.

I too would like to see this. Especially since if someone is running everything on a TrueNAS Scale server, there is no way to connect PeaNUT to TrueNAS's built in NUT server.

Update: This widget still doesn't work with TrueNAS, but that's just because the NUT server is built in.

Theoretically it's possible (while I no longer use TrueNAS this has worked for me in the past).
Enable apt with developer mode or chmod +x /usr/bin/apt* /usr/bin/dpkg. Install apcupsd package: apt update ; apt install apcupsd

Afterwards there are 2 options:

1. Run both apcupsd and nut on TrueNAS but disable apcupsd control of shutdown.
2. Run TrueNAS with apcupsd-ups driver instead of usbhid-ups: apcupsd-ups

This should allow the widget to connect to apcupsd running on TrueNAS as long as the apcupsd is bound to a proper network interface (default is localhost). To bind it to a different one edit NISIP from /etc/apcupsd.conf with the IP of the internal network interface.
