Possible bug in 400 error object returned from generic proxy

Was doing some work on the new widget I suggested the FR for, and noticed this may be a bug so wanted to ask here.
In the generic proxy handler when returning a 400 error the error object contains the data in resultData property, this looks like it may have been changed to data at some point, looking at the Error component it expects a data property inside the error object. Another error call further up the file does create the error object with the data property, as do other proxies.
