API Error for Widgets

Description

Hi all,

I have two instances of homepage installed (one main and the other for testing this issue). Both use the same config files.

One instance is installed via docker on a Synology NAS and the other is also via docker but on an M4 Mac Mini.

Upon opening homepage a single widget always returns and API error, but corrects itself once the page is refreshed. It is always just one (the same one) widget that returns an API error. The instance on the Synology has an issue with the Tautulli widget, while the M4 Mac Mini instance has an issue with the Unifi widget. This typically happens when I open the page after not using it for a while.

I initially thought that it could be due to poor performance on the Synology, but the Mac Mini should not have issues, but exhibits a similar behavior.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

As mentioned, I tried installing two instances on two machines to assess if it is due to hardware power.

Looks like #4656 worked for the Unifi issue. The Tautuli issue seems to be an related to docker networking. Seems like the host and bridge networks cant communicate to one another.

@shamoon I take back what I said about #4656 solving the Unifi issue. It threw another API error after more time passed (however, it loads instantly after a page refresh). Any ideas on the Unifi issue? I ran into #2569 but unfortunately it did not state any solutions. I too am running the homepage widget and the service widget.. Still looking around to see what I can find.

do you have the unifi service + info widget configured? Are they both correct?

Yes saw that. I finally recreated the Unifi user and it seems ok. Thanks for the help @shamoon.
