[Feature Request] For Jellyseerr, allow "pending" to encompass everything except Available.

Description

So long story short, I noticed for the Jellyseerr widget, it shows "Pending: 0" when I know for a fact there are requests that aren't fulfilled.

Well troubleshooting, I noticed the status called "pending" in Jellyseerr doesn't really show anything. I'm not sure what it's supposed to be but it's definitely not anything that's actually pending.

This is the pending filter in Jellyseerr:

If I choose "Processing" or "Unavailable", they basically show the exact same requests that aren't completely fufilled.
In other words, they show what you'd think Pending would show.

So I think Homepage is just using the Pending filter in Jellyseerr, but the Pending filter isn't really what it says it is.

So my request is to change Homepage's behavior so that the "pending" field in Homepage actually shows what the "Unavailable" filter in Jellyseerr shows.

I don't use Jellyseer but Overseerr but the pages look the same. The pending request are requests that need your approval. If you are just using Jellyseerr as the admin there will never be anything in pending as requests you make are automatically approved. If you have other users on your sever however you can have it so that requests need to be approved. To keep someone from requesting 100 4k movies, or just movies you don't like and don't want in your library lol.

This feature works perfectly for Overseerr in that regard and the pending field is actually the field I care about the most. None of the other require any action from me. But I agree you can never have too many fields to choose from so being about to pick the 4 that are useful to you is nice. So having processing, unavailable would be nice. But in addition to pending!

So if you actually use the Pending box to see how many need approval, then I'd change my request to have a fourth box in front of Pending called "Processing" that mirrors *seerr's Processing filter.

In Jellyseerr, Processing shows things requested but not filled yet, or partially filled.
