What this 'error fetching project state f61a84a...ac4d2d: deadline exceeded' means and what can i do?

My Relay instance log show many errors like this

I am not good in Rust, not sure can i ignore this or it must be fixed？

Hi, this error happens because Relay was not able to fetch project configs within a set deadline. We also have quite a few such errors in prod, a project config fetch may be too late.

I would ignore them for now.

A follow-up question, did you have any network issues when these errors started happening? Was this the first time this problem showed up?

I want to understand if Relay has a bug or if some conditions outside Relay made fetching project configs hard.
