Doesn't always cleanup stale eopkgs from deprecated packages

For several deprecated packages i've had to manually remove the stale eopkg files e.g.

ferryctl remove source unstable nemiver

Eopkgs that were deprecated in repo_data a long time ago can still be found:

Hans is working to mostly obsolete this issue with his new and upcoming appstream data generation automation PR.

now that this no longer affects appstream generation, the only issue is disk space
This is contradictory to #24
which was created to allow people to rollback
